Our Mission

The Jordantown Community Improvement Association (JCIA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing consistent, measurable outreach services to underserved communities and under resourced individuals and families. Guided by our mission, to provide consistent measurable outreach services to underserved communities and under-resourced individuals and families through food access, financial relief and education, wholistic wellness education and programs JCIA works to break cycles of poverty, create pathways to self sufficiency, and strengthen community resilience.

Our primary focus area is Camden County, New Jersey, where we collaborate with local stakeholders, volunteers, and partners to meet critical needs and foster sustainable change.
